        My experience was excellent, because I had the pleasure to work with T. and Ronald. These gentlemen were such a big help to me. They were patient and they completed my projects quickly and efficiently. Please reward T. and Ronald with a financial reward and/or the recognition that they both deserve. I look forward to working with them again soon. (At the Culver City store.)

        The shipping dept here could really use more training - they couldn't answer any of my questions and didn't seem to know how to use the computer. Spent half an hour trying to get one small, standard shaped package shipped only to find that their prices are more than double going to an actual FedEx or usps. Store is fine. Maybe ship somewhere else though.
