My partner and I worked with Caitlin for the birth of our daughter and we have a great experience. My whole life I was fearing the delivery, even though I always wanted children. Through the work with Caitlin and Hypno Birthing, I was able to have a natural, unmedicated delivery without fear. I felt very supported, educated and good about the big day and our baby girl was born healthy and happy.
Both, my partner and I highly recommend Caitlin and the Tao of Birthing.

We had our 3rd child less than a month ago and we knew we wanted to use hypnobirthing. Caitlin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient as we asked a million questions. My husband and I learned how to go within ourselves to help our baby girl have the easiest transition into this world. I know Caitlin’s scripts helped me find a peaceful place while giving birth. I felt calmer and strong at the same time.
My husband was incredibly thankful to Caitlin for all the information she gave him to assist me. The binder of information she gave us was our “bible.” We used it every day to prepare us for the birth. We also used the scripts/CDs given to us every day. They were what was needed in preparing myself for birthing.
Because of Covid-19 restrictions Caitlin was not allowed to go to the hospital with us. However, she was available the entire time we needed her. When my husband needed clarification or he had concerns, she was there with an immediate answer.
Leading up to the birth Caitlin checked in on me often to see how I was doing. I appreciated her check-ins and kind words of encouragement when I felt worried. Caitlin and her classes were exactly what we needed and wanted. Thank you Caitlin for everything you’ve done for our family.

I used Caitlin for a private hypnobirthing class before my second baby. I wish I discovered her before my first. She provides the warmth and safety that every new mom should experience prior to childbirth. You will get the same information as a traditional childbirth class PLUS the tools needed to prepare for labor. I didn't use the hypnosis during labor but the hypnosis done in our sessions prior were grounding and empowering. If my birth doula wasn't a friend, I would have absolutely hired Caitlin for additional services. Anyone looking for tools to emotionally and mentally prepare you prior and during labor, Caitlin is the answer. I have never written a google review before but I am hoping a review will help more mothers have the loving experience and support that Caitlin provided for me.
