They delivered dead roses for Valentines Day.  What more do you need I say, oh ya, I paid $70 for a tulip arrangement and they delivered "freeway off ramp" quality roses. I wish FTD didn't use this place.

The worst florist in America. Our son's girlfriend in Japan wired flowers to him in L.A. to congratulate him on his graduation from college. What arrived wasn't close to what she ordered. She asked for red and yellow flowers. The arrangement that was delivered was made of orange and off-white flowers. She asked for a balloon that said "Congratulations!" or Congratulations, Graduate!" What was delivered was an old balloon that had lost most of its air and that read "You're Special." We tried calling the phone number online and also given to us by the delivery man. No one answered. As my wife said, "The arrangement looks like it was collected from the flowers on a side street."  The worst florist in America, without a doubt.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

Buyer beware. I ordered a gift basket from this place to be delivered to my significant other on a specific day. I spoke with the manager  who took my order and a price of 125.00 was agreed on. The gift basket that was delivered was small and did not contain many of the items I specifically ordered and delivery was not on the date I requested. I was charged $158.76 for a gift basket that was only worth $30.00. I called  the manager on the day of delivery and told him I have a picture of the gift basket and that I did not receive the basket I had originally ordered. I continued calling the manager to resolve this matter, but he would just say "I'll look into it'. Eventually the manager told me he would reimburse me and only charge me for what the basket was worth and I agreed. Months later I was not refunded. Now I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and looking into other ways to resolve this matter.Max C

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! I called this company because of the 5 star rating, WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I called late 8:30 to have flowers delivered for a family members funeral at 10:00. I am over 2000 miles away and my parents who live in my state,  and I were unable to attend.  I ordered a large floral spray, and whomever helped me originally, said that it would be more cost effective to do a basket floral arrangement vs a spray on an easel. I agreed, gave them a limit of $100 worth, and was ASSURED it would be a large beautiful floral arrangement that would make it in time.  I spoke with family members at the Church and they assured me that the gift I sent made it in time.  That was the only thing that was right. I asked my cousin to please take a picture for me so that I could see what beautiful flowers were sent and I could show my parents as well.  Much to my surprise, I was sent a picture of a tree, with a silk daisy type stem with maybe 7 blossoms on it, stuck in front of the tree in a basket.  The tree was about 3 ft tall, and there was a red bow tied around the basket.  I looked at my mobile banking and was charged $131. and change.  I called the company to voice my huge displeasure at what was sent, and questioned why the amount was so high that I was charged. The first lady that was on the phone, was very nice, and pulled up the order and said that the order stated right on it that the arrangement was to be flowers, not stating anything about a tree or planting.  She asked what I would like to have to compensate for the obvious error.  I asked for a total to partial refund.  She put me on hold, and then another  older woman got on the phone, and told me that she would give me a 30% refund "because the family received something" and I in turn told her that the something the family received was not what I ordered in any way shape or form. I also asked what the money difference was that I had a limit of $100 and was charged $31 and change over the limit. She told me that it was tax and a $19.99 delivery charge, whether it is late or not, or a block away or miles, the delivery charge is the same, and since my limit was $100 dollars, that was the base arrangement price not including the tax and delivery charge. I told her that the TREE  that was sent, was something that I could have run to Home Depot and gotten for $20.00. Not what I had ordered.  Again she said that the family received something. I told her "lets compromise, give me 50% and the delivery fee back and be done". She responded that since the family received something she wouldn't do that. Again she said she would give me 30% refund.  I told her fine, I will take the 30% refund but I will still be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau because if I hadn't gotten a picture of what was sent, I would never have known that this company didn't fulfill the orders that were given and were charging for whatever.  She became indignant and said " so you are still going to report me?" I said yes. She said "but the family received something!" I said yes they did, but it was not what I ordered and paid for". She then said" fine then I will refund 100% AND GO TO THE HOUSE AND PICK UP THE DELIVERY AND TAKE IT BACK" then she hung up on me. this is only half of the story but I can't seem to write another reviewright now to add the other half of the story.  Will try to review part two tomorrow.
