More a 4.5 than a 4. I like their cheese, and they're usually not stingy with it. A double cheese is sweet, though you may not 'tweet' for a couple days after. Sauce has a bit of bite to it, a good thing. Never been disappointed there, just more of a takeout orientation than a family/kid dine-in orientation.

My husband and I went there on 7/5/14. The owner did not write down the order--first problem. Then a waitress came to our table and asked if we had ordered a salad. We told her we ordered an Antipasto Salad and a side salad and spaghetti and meatballs. She left and came back with both salads. A short time later, we asked another waitress for a refill on the soda and asked her to check on the spaghetti. She brought the soda and didn't say anything. That was the last time a waitress came by. After about an hour, my husband called the waitress over and told her we were ready to leave and to cancel the spaghetti. She went into the kitchen, came back, and told us we could go up front to pay whenever we wanted. We went up, my husband told the owner we would not be paying for the spaghetti. He then said, "what did you order"? We reminded him. He spent more time looking for a ticket, that as far as we could tell he did not write up. I finally told him he took our order and he said he didn't know why "they didn't get the ticket". I told him we had told two waitresses and he said "they never said anything to me". The service was HORRIBLE. Three tables were dirty from before we sat down until about 20 minutes before we left. There were many employees there, but no one seemed to be doing anything. And the owner???? I'm shocked he's still in business. If he can't manage to properly take and order and ensure it's delivered to his customers, he has no reason to be in business. We will never go back.

The food is great but the service is horrible. They will make you wait forever and weren't polite. I work in a job where I also have to provide customer service and there's is horrible.
