I have always loved this store and have been shopping here for years. Recently I have been trying to exchange a defective rod, I haven't had issues in the past with the rods they carry. I was told I could exchange it earlier in the week just to be turned away and told to talk to the owner. The owner told me that I have to go through the manufacturer. I suggest that if you buy rods from this location that you get something stating the return policy for the specific brand of rod that you purchased. I hate to say it but I'll be shopping for rods at the big box stores from now on. The owner did not say she would return it from me. She said that she would probably stop carrying the brand of rod and that I have to use the manufacturer website to get compensation.
