        Called Courtesy Plumbing out for a leak in an unknown location. First charged $420 to replace a water regulator which took less than 5 minutes to do. Then said he was "waiving" the $220 fee to go into the attic to look for the leak, went 2 feet in and came back down saying he had to refer me to a specialist to use electronic detection. I called Option One Plumbing, they came out for free and found the leak in less than 5 minutes using no equipment. Will be calling Option One Plumbing from now on, they're great. Service: Pipe repair
