I lived in these apartments back when it was the Shreraton Plaza Apartments with my mom and, sister when I was 12 back in 1977. It was a problamatic apartment complex back then. Our air conditioner did not work either. How funny that some things never change. We lived there for 4 months and my mother moved us out and, we found a nice house to rent. How sad after almost 50 years the problem allegedly could not be corrected.

For the most part its pretty quiet around here, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Fernando (maintenance) is very nice and helpful, always running around working hard.

Don't throw away your hard-earned cash! This business who keeps hiking up the rent but fails to address any issues in your living space. I've been dealing with mold and bugs for almost one year, finally, l had to involve the health department. This building won the property award for saving money of course they did because they have residents living in bad conditions and dont fix our problems. I've been a resident here for 4 years and they still haven't managed to fix my vintage air conditioner and stove from the 1940s. This place is literally falling apart. Veronica and Devin are absolutely useless. I forgot to mention they are not responsible if someone breaks inside your car in a private parking lot. This place is GHETTO!!!!!! I have prove of pictures and emails between Veronica and Devin about my issues and nothing had gone done. Mold and bugs are a health issue and this business is allowing this to happen to residents who live in their property. I pay my rent on time.
