Dr. Rajabalt, genuinely cares about his patients. I took my 86-year old mother to Optum Urgent Care, in West Covina, he was thorough, detailed, and professional. He communicated with my mother about her health issues and explained them to her in plain English. She was elated to be able to communicate and finally understand a doctors lingo regarding her heart issues and diabetes; she has not had a doctor like him in over 50 years. Plus, my mother communicated to me how pleased she was with Dr. Rajabali, she thanked him with sincerity. As well as, for his genuine passion for medicine, patience, and authentic service to mankind. I took my mom to Urgent Care today. Everyone was nice and caring, from checking in, radiology and Dr. Ly (lee). Dr. Ly was so nice and gentle. Megan/Optum Clinic they misdiagnosed my 97 y.o. grandmother. They sent her home with a broken hip. Is that not the first thing you check when an elderly person falls? Then sent my brother to a chiropractor after they misdiagnosed a broken bone in his neck which put my brother in horrible pain. And now my Mother in law who has polyps and must go in for a colon exam annually had a bunch of rude students in the room during her colonopysy. Instead of giving her privacy they gave her a stool sample test which came up abnormal and they failed to inform anyone. So a year later she starts bleeding from her rectum bc of the cancer had spread and had to have her colon removed and now they are dragging their feet on the insurance for an ultrasound she needs done bc they found a mass in her leg that they caused. They are killing her. Worst clinic ever.
