Mike's Handyman Service

Mike promised me a receipt of services rendered, so I can give it to my landlord as proof. So far he has not delivered said receipt and my attempts to contact him have always been meet with a busy signal or a message saying he cannot be reached at this time. I paid mike about $80 for some very minor repairs and I even tipped him because he was punctual but if he's going to treat a potential repeat customer like this. Buyer beware do not do business with Mike.

Mike assured me that he would fix my washing machine. Long story short my machine is still broken and he is long gone with $100 of my money. He has ignored all my text and phone calls. I’m extremely disappointed.

Hired him to do an installation. The prices are very standard for this item. He said he was at Home Depot and quoted a price $70 over what Home Depot's posted price was. I called Home Depot, and they had nothing for the price he quoted. But he took $190 of my money, never came back to do the install, and finally after several days (I was about to give up) returned $160 (in the mail box at that).

This person who showed up, unknown if it was Mike, did not have many tools or supplies. He made a mess of my home and I asked him to leave after he continually made me feel uncomfortable in his abilities. I hired a new handyman that had to repair his electrical and plumbing misstates. I’m still cleaning up the drywall mud he splattered everywhere. I could go on, there is more. Do not hire this person.
