Bill is very responsive. He does quality work for a reasonable price. I’ve had him remove popcorn ceiling throughout my home and it’s a beautiful job. later I had cupboards removed and light fixtures in my kitchen. Very happy with job. he just put recessed lighting and ceiling a fan in my living room. Love it.

I hired Final Touch Custom Ceilings last year to smooth my ceilings and remove the old popcorn from my home. I was preparing this home for rental and I felt really tired at this point of home projects, but Final Touch was a completely refreshing experience. What a relief to work with such an experienced, consistent, and professional business. Bill is very knowledgeable and honest. During our initial estimate, I felt very much at ease with his professionalism and warm demeanor. Never once did I feel like I was being sold to or pressured. He listened to my concerns and deadline goals. Before hiring Final Touch, I had already received a few other bids. His pricing was extremely fair. When I compared all the bids together, Final Touch used higher quality materials and had more emphasis on prep and properly masking off the entire home. On the first day of the job, the entire home had been very neatly and thoroughly masked. Everything was protected, even parts of my driveway leading up to the front door of my home. Bill and his guys were inside already hard at work; there was a ton of popcorn surface to remove. Final Touch completed the entire job in 5 days including prep, masking, acoustic removal, re-texturing, paint, and cleaning. Each day the guys showed up on time, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. My home looked gorgeous when they were done. My realtor mentioned how it was the nicest popcorn removal she had ever seen and asked for Bill's info right away. I had Bill and his crew back months later to update all the lights and ceiling fans in my home. Another beautiful job thanks to Bill's experienced eye and advice. I'm so happy that I found Final Touch. Bill is an honest guy that follows through with his high-quality work. I would highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience with updating their home.
