Appears most have the same experience with this company, the manager who called was 100% rude. We had a call 8-5 which is crazy, there was snow in our area and the service guy came to our house and then called the incorrect number to speak to us, he then left. He said to much snow to access, the manager called me and basically blamed me for the snow. She was rude and would not listen, hung up on me twice. I finally spoke to the owner and he did not have anything to comment. Appears this is their process, she is rude he supports and apparently they loose business. I will give them a one as a rating and will inform GE and the company we purchased the appliances from to remove them from their service provider list.

I never got to the point of experiencing the repair with them. I needed a GE Refrigerator warranty repair. The window for arrival was 8-5. I asked if they could please call in the morning to give us a shorter window and was told no, can't we just wait here all day. She said that the service tech would call when he got here and if we didn't answer and he showed up and we weren't here we would be charged $140 and he would leave. I told her we couldn't do that. Then she hung up on me.

The lady that called me was so incredibly rude I could barely get my barring onto what she was actually trying to accomplish. We were referred through Sears and we will NOT be using their services. Even if it means we go purchase brand new appliances. How they haven’t learned from the multiple other bad reviews is beyond me.

If I could offer a zero I would. I called :10 to closing (they close @ 2:00) today and was greeted by the same rude gal that does every time. I told her what was happening and then she asked to place me on hold-no problem. I was kept on hold for around 5 min I then heard from her again and she told me that it was too late, that she had turned her computer off while I was on hold after I had already told her what I was needing from her. She then was very condensing as usual and abruptly ended our conversation with an "k, bye" mind you this was all done BEFORE their closing time of 2:00. I have since figured it out myself and since Maytag sent us to them, I asked that they do not recommend this company to folks and shared all of our past phone calls and experiences and missed appointments with no communication. They claimed that they were aware of this and have a complaint file for them going already. Please, someone in management please take care of this issue- you are losing business and money due to BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm clearly not the first.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use this place. They are both rude and inept. After running a self-clean on our oven, the latching mechanism wouldn't fully release. We called Pope's and described the problem to the office girl, saying that the oven seemed to still be in the "clean mode". She said it would be a $200+ charge for someone to come out and look at it. When he arrived, we pointed out that in addition to the latch problem, we had discovered that the two oven lights did not come on (another indication that it was still in the clean mode). When he returned, he replaced the latching mechanism. The lights still didn't work. The repair person said they must have both burned out simultaneously and that this happens because it gets hot in there on self clean. We expressed doubt but said we would order replacement bulbs and try it, but that if it didn't work we'd expect him to return without charging for another trip. We've replaced the lights - still don't work - but a call to the office today resulted in a rude response. Apparently even though we told the repair person about the lights on his FIRST trip, we didn't tell her about it, so it would be a separate charge for another inspection visit. When I tried to explain that we HAD very clearly pointed this out on the inspection visit she cut me off, reading to me what I had said to HER, telling me she wouldn't go in circles with me and to read the contract. So apparently telling the repairman, on the "inspection visit" wasn't sufficient. Oh - and when the young man was here, he told us that the lights were not bulbs but entire units (wrong) - and admitted that he did not know much about ovens. Really???
