        We planned our family vacation to Ireland with Sonya at Avanti Travel.  It was a trip of a lifetime and we owe it all to her.  She did a wonderful job with all of our travel needs.  We couldn't have done it without her.  I would recommend Sonya and her team for any travel needs.

        Response to owners comments Your office was CLOSED WHEN WE ARRIVED IN GEORGIA.I called Donna as soon as you opened the following morning.  Remember, Georgia is 3 hours ahead and I wasn't going to chance getting charged another day in that hellhole!!You don't explain WHY Beds on Line charged us $200/ night when in fact our rate at the hotel was $25?Or WHY every time I inquired about my refund, Donna kept saying Beds on Line was INVESTIGATING the matter.And advised me not to dispute the charges through my bank, which I ultimately did after a couple weeks of getting the run around.I'm sorry but I don't care how long you've been in business, this is shady practice.I will never use your agency again and will tell everyone I know of my experience.
