Terrible customer service never answered there phones then sent me threading txts because we didnt give them enough notice never hade this problem at the Redding location an considering I did it in there time frame but they dont answer there phones just call back when they feel like it then say the cops will be notified that its stolen and will be charged for the day finally my wife was able to finally get ahold of them to just get cussed out had to call up to corporate where they had to apologize for them looking at there last review these guys need to rethink how they represent a franchise an how they run a company wish I could give you guys a 0

Very rude staff, they were legitimately yelling at me when I arrived for my reservation that had been canceled by U-Haul online. When I (calmly) asked some questions of why it was canceled, they got very angry and told me that they know more about it than I do. I had to ask them to stop yelling and just calm down. The husband and wife pair seem to know it all, so much so, make sure you dont ask them questions. I ended up walking out and going to a different U-Haul dealer that treated me with basic integrity and respect. Avoid this place if possible.
