Frustrated that I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.
However the help at Cotati when in person is very good

I've been to 3.5 star USPS locations. This is not one. The temperature inside was good, people were friendly, line moved fast. First good USPS experience in a long time.

I got a forced signature package from USPS and went in for information on how to retrieve my package in other ways, but was given nothing. Instead, I got the run around from a worker who really honestly had no idea what he was doing. It seemed like he just didn't want me there. I ended up going to the other store, based off what the worker said, for the exact same treatment... I don't think USPS cares about how their workers treat people.
