Enrolled during the blast from the past promotion late last year and am happy with the place. Ample parking, nice front desk staff and relatively long operating hours.

Biggest complaint is WIFI sucks!!! I go through the steps to login and it kicks me off shortly after. (Numerous times) When I do my cardio, I like the distraction of social media. 2nd complaint: Out of 6 cardio machines upstairs, only one works. There are 3 treadmills and they all have signs on them stating, "down for maintenance". 3 ellipticals and only 1 works. The other two work, but the screens don't work to show resistance or incline. 3rd issue: Soap machines and sinks are hard to work. Often soap doesn't come out or very little does after trying several times. Good news is several new machines; hip thruster up and downstairs, squat machine and a huge cable machine. All in all, the location is great for me and I'm a regular customer and go almost daily. Hopefully they read these reviews and make some necessary changes.

I used to really love this gym, I still go to this gym, but honestly the current state of the gym is making me consider leaving. I pay over $400 a year to go here, just like many other members, and some even pay more per month than I do, yet they cant fix their equipment. There are 12 treadmills on the bottom floor in the cardio area, 6 of them dont work. Either they dont turn on at all, or theyre stuck in an elevated position and will not return to baseline. There are also 3 treadmills upstairs I believe, but 2 of them dont work. Two of the treadmills downstairs have had notices on them saying they dont work since January. There are also ellipticals that do not turn on, and some wont allow you to change the resistance, elevation, or workout pre-programmed on the machine. In the weight training area there are cable machines that get stuck when youre mid rep, and youll have to restart the rep before you can pull the cable any further. The mens locker room grows black mold on the ceiling. The ceiling of the womens locker room has multiple areas where the paint is coming down from the ceiling from water leaking in from the rain last winter. This still hasnt been fixed from LAST winter. I know this is a long review but honestly youre just not getting what you pay for with all the non-operative, and malfunctioning equipment. One could also argue that the mold in the mens locker room and the mold in the ceiling from the womens locker room is harmful to your health. Consider this before you sign up, its been a year or more for many of these issues. Please start repairing your gym so your members that pay to come to your gym can comfortably and safely workout here. *UPDATE 12/15/23 - The lower weight training area now has a large brand new cable rack. Thank you thank you thank you Energy. However keep in mind, there are even more treadmills now that have notices on them saying they dont work. Fingers crossed maybe well get new treadmills soon! The ceilings in the locker rooms are even worse after the past few rains. There were buckets placed in the womens locker room/bathroom area to collect dripping water from the areas in the ceiling mentioned above. Worst part is theyre right over two of the stalls, almost guaranteed youll get dripping water on you.
