        When I needed to prepare for the RAGNAR 200 mile relay, I came to Pilates Plus Costa Mesa to get my muscles race ready. I have been teaching and practicing pilates for 8 years and Pilates Plus Cm takes me beyond my normal routine. I drove all the way from Yorba Linda to take Kris' class. He takes you through one INTENSE workout. I was so happy with the results after I attended class 3 times a week. I had virtually no muscle fatigue or failure during my race even though I had prevously felt pain in my knees. I also posted my personal best times thanks to Pilates Plus. I cant wait to come back to get my self ready for my son's wedding next fall.
