So, I am not afraid to admit this- I was wrong. They do offer fast and good service.We used their service three years ago to fumigate house. We contacted them for another report. They came back to survey the house within 24 hrs of the request.

Very satisfied with the company's services.I got Gabriel's number from a friend of mine who was also very happy with them... Called and scheduled a termite inspection and report for a real estate transaction.  They inspected, treated the attic, and replaced many wood beams on my patio cover/ pergola.  The crew who repaired the patio cover were good and the job was done as promised.Happy to give Gabriel and his team five stars.

Gabriel and the team at Sunny Coast Termite and Pest Control were extremely helpful, accommodating, and kind. They were extremely knowledgable and gave us information regarding our situation and tips on how to control it. They took their time to inspect our home and were honest in their opinions of the work that had to be done. We were able to get our initial appointment immediately and Gabriel was out next day when I called for additional work. They did a fantastic job and went above and beyond! They keep all critters away and out of our home. Sunny Coast is a pleasure to work with and I very highly recommend them!

I grew tired of working with the big name companies and their BS. I decided to look up a smaller local guy. I've been with Sunny Coast for close to three years now and couldn't be happier.

They'll get the job done, that much I can say.  I had a newly purchased house fumigated in November, 2019.  The scheduling was initially a bit difficult because the gas company couldn't figure out where the meter was the first time they came out (not Sunny Coast's fault at all).  Eventually it was tented and fumigate.  My issue is with the completion and follow up.  A full day after I was told the rent was removed I returned to find the garage disabled and their special key piece jammed into the lock preventing entry.  I can understand this during the fumigation, but a full day after it was removed? They definitely forgot about this.  So I didn't have access to my garage for a couple days because they forgot about it I guess.Next, the "glue" they use to seal the tent left a bunch of residue on 4 different walls.  I had the guy who I spoke with on the phone come out to look at this and he said they'd had to paint it.  Luckily I had the materials in my garage and he said they'd take care of it.  Never heard back.Regardless of all this, I'm pretty sure my house is termite free and I have a 2-year warranty either way so like I said, they got the job done.
