This location was the filthiest I've ever experienced. The tables were literally so sticky that your arms stuck to them, your napkin stuck to them (as did everyone's before you, as bits and pieces of their napkins where STILL on the supposedly clean table), our cell phones stuck to them so much so that we had to use our butter knife to pry them up! The food was poor at best and extremely bland. The kitchen staff forgot to put the condiments of sour cream and guac on my plate...which are the basics and sent my plate of food out literally as one small sized chimychanga (not the normal larger size everyone else gives you) all by itself on this large oval plate. You would have that would have been a signal that you need to put more stuff on the plate, but nope. Then it took our waiter over 10 minutes to get me my sour cream quac, by then the chimy was almost cold. My daugher's taco salad literally looked like someone simply poured a bunch of shredded lettuce on a big oval plate and brought it out to her. What in the world! The whole entire experience was subpar and gross. We contacted them and complained and told them we weren't interested in any free meal coupons or anything like that since we'll never ever go back there again and what did they do? Sent us coupons for another free meal! Apparently they like to stick with bad customer service at the corp office level too!
