Our son has dealt with heavy mental illness, this started getting worse when he turned 20. He had been in and out of the hospital a few times and we honestly did not know where to turn. We were so glad when a therapist suggested Mental Health House. their psychiatrist and around the clock care team changed our sons life. Being a transitional living home that offers so much support he was able to become med compliant and learn how important that is to hisself care. They helped him with therapy and experiential group sessions that boosted his confidence and gave him the ability to want to try again. They even helped him get a part time job and online school. Again we are very grateful we found Mental Health House as we were able to visit him and he is able to come and go. this is real transitional living where they use their expertise to teach people with mental health issues a real coping ability and how to manage it instead of always playing damage control we are finally feeling we are managing it as a family well.
