Just moved to California from the east coast not too long ago and needed health insurance. David was absolutely incredible and patient with me when it came to explaining everything and finding what would be best for me and what I needed. There is no word that I can imagine to thank Anne Woodford, who help me resolve the issue with the Covered California getting the subsidy for my wife. With two failed trips spending whole two days to the Orange County Social service on the issue with no success (to resolve/remove the MEDI-CAL). Thank you Anne, You are a Super Women!!! Numerous occasion, with her help I was able to get the health insurance with the Covered California with the specific specialist (as my wife is an immune compromised). She went above and beyond for the enrollment of the health plan (finding the exact network for the health plan, verified the network by calling the Doctor's office, She made the whole process one stop shopping for the health plan (including the Vision, Dental, and Hearing) including the payment. She even sent the link to the health plan for the Primary Care Physician for my wife to choose from. Thank you Anne, you are my go to person for anything on the health insurance. Please know that, I will be asking you for the help in choosing the Medigap insurance (hoping to change from Medicare Advantage plan that I currently have). Prabhat Kansakar

I contacted this office recently and talked with an associate named ANNE. She was professional and polite, answered all my questions and provided me the proof of coverage I needed for FTB. I really like the service at this location. I recommend ANNE and this office for all your health insurance needs. Outstanding service , THANK YOU!!!
