        HARDFIT is back open! Sydney, Ernie et all are back in business and better than ever. The facility is pristine machines, super clean with appropriate social distancing. For anyone who has not yet tried the combo Pilates / rowing class, it is MUST ADD to your work regime. It provides stretching (Pilates) and upper body (rowing) that I miss with endless biking and running work outs. High energy, fun focus, great way to kick off the day.
