Called their office at 10:00am, tech Nathan called to say he was in the area and came by hour earlier than scheduled. He made the necessary adjustments to the door and spring, reinstalled the cables on each side of door. Adjusted the tension and my door works GREAT! Very happy with Nathan and the company.

Contacted First Garage Door and Gate to repair our garage door which we continue to have problems with. They were able to send a tech out almost immediately. Jacob got the door running quickly and took his time to explain why we continue to have problems with our garage door. There is an issue with our opener and Jacob recommended that I contact Liftmaster to get the replacement part under the warranty and then he will come and install it. I contacted the manufacturer and they are sending the part at no cost to me. Jacob was great. I would definitely recommend Jacob and First Garage Door And Gate.
