        Sold us poorly manufactured flooring and installed it poorly. Not standing by their product, left us with bad flooring and an expensive problem to fix on our own. Need to completely replace over 1000 feet of flooring that was installed just two years. Would never recommend them.

        I had a great experience at Aldens. I bought luxury vinyl planks and dealt with John. He was very accommodating and never made me feel uncomfortable with a hard sell. He was very laid back, let me look around and take whatever samples I wanted and answered all my questions. He was very patient with me making up my mind. I highly recommend Aldens!
