I visited this store on 2 September and staff were incredibly rude. They all seemed to be in a meeting when I walked in and were put out by me entering their open store in the middle of business hours. One gentleman did pull himself together to assist me. I was looking for something specific and I didnt want him to waste his time searching inventory if he didnt have it so I explained what I was after to which one of the female staff exclaimed well, youre very particular arent you. She was just awful, condescending and flat out rude. Im still actually in shock that someone employed in customer service in the luxury brand industry would speak to a customer that way.

We came here for first time and were really impressed about the warm greeting, we felt immediately welcomed and made up our mind almost instantly to purchase. When you feel valued as a customer, make all the difference in the world. We visited other stores looking for similar products, similarly priced and stylish but no other store had the customer service, expertise and people skills that this team delivered. Fabian is our go-to style advisor from now on, he is truly an asset to CH brand. Thank you Fabian, we loved our purchase!
