The ladies at this store were so incredibly helpful, kind and patient with my mum and I. All the staff were constantly asking the customers if there was anything they needed help with. I received very helpful advice on skincare and my mum received very helpful and thorough advice on makeup from multiple staff members. They answered all our questions with a smile on their face.

recently had a disappointing encounter at Sephora that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had a payment issue, almost losing $60, and the employee and manager's response was far from ideal. Not only did it take an excessive 30 minutes to resolve, but there was also a lack of apology for the inconvenience caused. The service I received fell short of expectations, and the overall experience was disheartening. I expected a more efficient and customer-friendly resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with the decision not to return to Sephora in the future.

Cashier was giving me a cold shoulder. I thought she was having a bad day than I noticed she was nice to white people I am brown skinned. I saw another review with similar complaint. Sephora do something about this we are not coming to be discriminated. Why is this still happening if someone else had already complained about this in the past? Very disappointed
