The management here sucks. Things stop working. Management slowly Jack's up their prices. They must not know the power of .... yelp. Management also slowly got rid of any parking spots and instead turned them all to reserve. Random people can walk in. There is absolutely no visitor spots (good luck getting the one open one). Where do visitors park? In the ghetto outside? All the old people who lived here for years had to leave because prices kept getting jacked up. Goodbye vio, you won't be missed :)

Drug dealers and bums come through constantly. A dance studio that rents out to after wedding receptions causing weekend club like noise. Police chases with guns drawn chasing criminals through the complex. No security, no safety. The owners and management drive renewal rent hikes by 20% (literally). The building and inner workings are old and falling apart. Overpriced and very unsafe. I've lived here for 7 years. The price use to match the living conditions, but new ownership has ruined the complex.
