I bought aome wheels and tires here for my lifted suv. I also had them install rear lift and this people did not know that the washers inside the box of shocks were spacers for bump stop. It took 3 + weeks to get my tires and wheels. I had to call them all the time because they would never return my calls or even keep me updated to why it was taking so long. Despite of what ever accident the shop had thats there business and i shouldnt have take loses for them. I wanted to cancel my order because i was due to get my wheels in 1 week and it took 3 but this people would not want to give me a full refund.
This place does not even have an alignment machine. They get there alignments at other non 4 wheel drive place. I got my auv with the alignment off. Had to take it to 2 different places. It was a hazzle and had to pay another $100 out of my pocket. If you are gonna lift your ride take it to a place that specialize in lifts and alignment. I do not recomend this place at all. Its just a regular tire place.

My engagement with the place is not very good. Initially, I worked with Jessica and Steve to discuss my truck getting 6" lift. They were very competitive, near my home and very friendly.
After placing my order and giving 50% down on a 4k job, the nightmare started:
1. I followed up 5 days later to check on parts ordered to start my lift kit. I was told during my order it would 5-7 business days to receive. During follow up, was told that parts are being delayed due to holidays. I requested a tracking number and that information was refused as I worked with manager Dom. I believe the parts were obtained from a different supplier to start the job after tracking information was requested. The original tracking information was never provided.
2. During installation, spacing issues were identified.
Solutions offered were:
Option 1-Shave steering rods to get required clearance or
Option 2-Add 2" spacers to get Clearance or
Option 3-Change rims size
The truck was completed with both option 1 and 2.
3. Within 200 miles metal was hitting Rim during turns. Took truck back and was explained that next option is to change rim size.
Issues with shop:
12 month warranty- When attempting to get credit for failed installation decisions it was stated that shop has no return policy due to the following:
-Tires not returnable once mounted
-Special order parts no return policy which include spacers
-Special mods not accountable like the shaved steering equipment
At this point, I will have wasted about $2000 in parts and repair I didn't need(tires, spacers, shaved mods). I will still need to spend more money(rims and tires) or I will continue to do damage to my steering and rims.

I had wanted to get my wheels and tires for sometime and I went shopping around. I had followed them on social media (Instagram)for a while and decided to get a quote from them and they gave me the best price by far. The process was fast and easy got a quote on a Wednesday took it on Saturday and got it all done and I love the out come. Dom was very nice and knowledgeable she broke all the work down to me and also followed up with me after the visit. If you want to get any work done I suggest you come here. I will be back in the future if I need any more work and will be referring people here. THANKS EMPIRE TEAM!!
