        Worst experience ever with a service. Going on a long trip with RV. Made a phone appointment to recharge my RV a/c which Ross confirmed with a specific time and day. I took a whole day off for him to show up but he never did, never answered phone, and never texted the reason for stiffing me. Never called or texted me back either. Terrible customer service from someone who just doesnt give a hoot about others.
