ML Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Heating

I wish there was 0 rating allowed as that is what this company deserves. They were referred to me through home warranty and I cannot even say they did a bad job because they did absolutely nothing! I had their plumber come in once and then the owner came and all it was a wax ring in toilet bowl gone bad resulting in a leak. These guys messaged the home warranty that I needed to restore the bathroom for mold. When the mold company came, they did not find a trace of mold! I could not convince these guys to come and fix. At the end, I ended up paying for the service call for a service that was not provided and paid a trained plumber to replace the wax ring in toilet which fixed the problem. I didn't choose this company First American Home Warranty has a contract with them. I had a leaky toilet from the tank. I called to get it fixed. I completed the appointment online. When I called after 3 days since I have not been contacted I called them directly they refused to help me since I didn't have a work order number. I gave him the service number but the lady who was on the phone started talking down to me. I reached out to First American Home Warranty and was told they would resubmit the request. Finally a week later I call ML and a man picked up said he was on vacation and it must have missed placed my request. Finally a guy comes out to fix it and tells me it is the wax ring I let him know it is leaking from the tank and he got smart with me and says he knows what he is doing. WELL he doesn't it is now 3 days later and I found a bunch of water on the floor and yes the tank is leaking. I resubmitted a request to First American home warranty since ML was closed on the weekend. I waited till late morning to call ML and they guy who answered the invoice number. Why can't he look it up on his computer. I told him I don't know if we got an invoice he got real smart with me and put me on hold. Let me give ML some feedback, you need to ask someone if they can be placed on hold don't just do it. That is rude and bad customer service. Considering their rating I see they don't care. When he came back on he said I need to contact First American home warranty to reopen my request I said I did online he said no call them. I said why his company is the one that should fix this and that if I called anything company for this job they would send someone out right away. He got all upset with me and spoke over me and started yelling me. This is not acceptable. I would not trust this company for anything. Maybe if this company has no clients they might get smart and treat people nice. Services: Toilet repair, Leak investigation and repair

Mark was beyond professional. He came and gave me an estimate on what the job was and was more than reasonable in price. He did the job on the spot. I would highly recommend him! I will go with no other plumber!

Horrible, I got assigned to this company by home-warranty. They scheduled me for Wednesday between 2-5 and they did not show up or provided a courtesy call. I called the next day to their office and the office rep was very rude and could not help me unless I had a number. She refuse to help me even if I had an address my name or the appointment time that they gave me. Since the office represents to speak to me I have to call my home warranty and find out what happened and why they failed to show up. I have to get the call. transferred to a different company. Bottom line if you are assigned to this company from your home warranty or you’re shopping around stay away very rude and don’t have common sense courtesy

While they seem capable at plumbing, this is a company to be very wary of. If, like us, you get stuck with them due to a Home Warranty company here's what you need to know: 1. Refuse to work with them, hopefully you can choose another plumber to work with. 2. If there really is no other option, 3. When the technician arrives, go over the contract with them line by line four times AND video this. 4. Stand over them the entire time. 5. Call your Home Warranty company immediately if the technician deviates from the contract and do not let the technician continue. All this might save you from having your wife (called "hon" and treated like an idiot) and yourself insulted (called a liar) by the owner over what should be a very, very simple customer service matter.
