Jim and James over at Harmon fuel cell is awesome people and they provide excellent service! We couldn’t ask for a better one! My son have 3 fuel cell on his cars and we are happy with their products! Quality and craftsmanship!

Never answer the phone. Estimates do not match the final invoice. 4 months out with no product after told 8 weeks. Very unprofessional, I am surprised they are still in business

Bad experience with this company. We bought a fuel cell and bladder from Harmon. Lasted just ten times. The bladder is all cracked up the side and gas leaked all over our shop. When we called, Jim said to bring it back. It was still under warranty and he would take a look at it. He immediately did some major back peddling and said it was because it full of water! No it was not. The cell has holes in bottom to prevent moisture. Then he came up with the excuse it's because we used pump gas. Well, Jim, which is it? He wanted $2000 for another one! Bad customer service and bad quality. The previous fuel cell we had lasted 20 years. This one lasted less than 4. I will never go there again! We found a competitor nearby who says he gets those cells all the time from Harmon for repair. I wish I would have known this prior. Lesson learned.
