Rarely answer their phone. Do not return messages. Terrible order tracking and organization. They overlooked my order. Gave me wrong tracking info and have the terrible communication. I purchased the M6 BT07 from a different vendor instead of directly through Hayden. Unfortunately this vendor sent the old stock springs which were out of specs and made the chain way too tight. (In the mean time I tapped a thread and bolted the stock tensioner together to make it into a manual adjuster to be able to ride.) These folks would not provide the newer springs but after contacting Hayden they did so free of charge, even knowing I didn't buy the M6 from them. Just installed the M6 with the newer, shorter springs and now my bike runs so much better and with smoother shifting. Supposedly there is a temporary noise while the chain seats in the shoe but it's hardly noticeable on my bike. Others have said they have had problems with Hayden not returning messages, and I had that experience as well, but only when emailing them. After calling their phone number they returned my call a few days later. Very happy with the M6 and the Company. Matt, San Diego

5 star service. I ordered my tensioner and I needed it fast as I was going on a long trip. I sent them an email and asked them how long would it take to ship to the uk. They shipped it to England and I received it in five working days. Great company Thanks
