        Freddy Lemus set times for a patio cover install on 3 separate occasions and each time I was the one who initiated the call. All three times no one showed up and when I called him he had a different excuse each time. It is going on 2 months and freddy still has not installed my patio cover. I asked for my money back and he has not complied, instead he tried to get me to sign another contract. Why would I sign another contact if you could not fullfill the first one. If Freddy was an honest person I may have been able to wait. But since he lied to me 3 times. I do not want to deal with him. He has taken $1750 from me and will not give me my money back. So I have had to take legal measures. Save yourself some stress and irritation, dont do business with this guy.
