        Had a horrible experience with P Howard Construction. I won't go into details here, but won my lawsuit and also received reimbursement from his contractor bond for very substandard work.

        I recently added a 300 square foot addition to the side of my home. Phil Howard construction blew us away with professionalism, timeliness and attention to detail. Phil and his team always showed up when he said they would. He communicated with us every step of the way and went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. I could not recommend him highly enough. Top notch!
