Glue sucks. I lost a property management account because the flooring wasn't sticking the the plank that they recommended it need to be used together.

Contacted the manufacturer, and they wouldn't stand behind their product. The flooring spouts 20 micon ceramic wear surface. It is scratching through both furniture and dog foot traffic. Better results from Lowe's in-house product with 5 micron wear surface. All that money for 3000 square foot house wasted, disappointed, and dissatisfied. Choose another vendor. Would be OK if you are a sock wearing no animal owner without chairs and tables. This would be the product for you.

We had Sound Tec floors installed in our home in November 2019. Within a year, the floors were starting to bubble or raise at the seams. The company tried to blame the installer, then said it was due to too much sunlight on the floors (we live in Arizona). Today, four years after laying these floors in our entire house, we not only have extreme buckling, but also pieces of the flooring that are peeling. It is unbelievable, and we now face the prospect of replacing our floors after just four years - a tremendous expense and hassle. I will never, ever purchase this product again.

After 2 years of light use the stair trim has already cracked. I've called the company twice. I was told it doesn't qualify for their warrantee (for no reason given) and since I'm not a contractor they can't send me a replacement piece. I was passed around to a couple people with no follow up. Called back, still no follow up. Wouldn't use again.
