The man who answered the phone is the reason they have lost my business. I called a few days, maybe a week ago, with some questions, and he told me to email the owner and hung up. I called in today to try and get the email address of the owner, I asked “Is this L & W Wire, located on Sheridan?” and he said “Yes, has been for 35 years”. I asked if I could have the owners email address and he said “do you not understand that everything has been the same for 35 years??” and hung up. I learned my lesson this time, and won’t be attempting to use this business in the future.
