That Guy Pest Control - Pest Control Corona CA

whoever drives the that guy truck in perris ca, license plate PHA3DAA Is a horrible and aggressive driver he needs to have not only his license taken away but he needs to go to anger management. i've seen him driving in the area multiple times and it's always the same aggression, cutting people off, speeding around people on the shoulder where it's not even a lane and flipping people off. He is an absolute horrible representation of this company and i would recommend anyone over you guys because of it.update*  i read the other reviews and it seems this whole company is just bad, since i have no confidence anything will be done with this individual, i'll take it into my own hands. it will be on sight the next time i see him driving around my city.

If i could give zero stars, I would. Customer Service is THE WORST HERE. I would name the person i've dealt with, however I know Yelp will remove my review if i do. So i'll just say this - WHOMEVER HANDLES MANAGEMENT AT THAT GUY PEST, your customer service rep whose name begins with a Y is the lease helpful i've ever dealt with. She is unknowledgeable and obviously does not understand the type of income a contracted community brings in for your profits. I almost canceled services based off her alone a couple of months ago, now i'm canceling you FOR SURE.

0 stars is more fitting. My sister and I are roommates in a large complex. She started to get ants coming in through a hole in the top of her closet. She let the office know, they came & looked & let pest control know. They told us the date & time they would be there. We were going to be sure one of us was there when they came. They told her the guy would be there at 2:30. I left at 12:15, she got home at 1:30, he had already been there & gone. Not only did he NOT spray her closet like he was SUPPOSED to, he sprayed all my stuff in the LIVINGROOM(see pics). Why?? He sprayed all over my thing I sell in my business, my laptop which is also for my business, my daughter's skates and both sides of the tv stand. He also left a bunch of the spray on my dining room floor. Again, WHY?? He wasn't supposed to spray anything but the closet. I'm getting pissed off again so I'm going to end this review.Edited to add: I just pulled my couch out to see why my internet stopped working and I see that he has sprayed that also!!!!

They did a rodent job in my apartment and literally just left rodenticide pouches under my sink and on the sides of my fridge, thats illegal. I have a toddler and a dog and they could have easily ingested rodenticide. Structural pest control board here I come! Services: Termite inspection, Rodent extermination
