In September we began an extensive kitchen renovation and quickly realized we would need insulating and sunlight blocking shades for our new large west facing windows. We knew Smith and Noble had a good reputation for quality window treatments, so we decided to take them up on their offer of design help. Shortly after I received fabric samples for cellular shades, Kim Demazeliere contacted me by email offering her design assistance. By phone and a few email exchanges, Kim walked us through all of our options and answered all of our questions. Within 20 minutes we placed our order with confidence.
