They were able to send in someone fairly quickly to fix my dishwasher.. I just think they overcharged me for a simple re-running of the dishwasher a couple of times. I was under the impression he would open it up for figure out the issue.. but for simpel rerunning it seemed a bit overpriced.

Ken was great. He let us know what we needed and if the ice maker was still available for our old Subzero refr. Then he ordered it and replaced it quickly. He even looked at a couple of other appliances we had questions about and helped us make a decision whether to fix it or not. We have used J.I.M. Appliance Repair  before and they are still a great company to put your trust in. Thank you again.

I called this morning to see if they could come fix my oven. They gave me a timeframe and showed up on time. Ken was the technician was very knowledgeable very quick and before I knew it I was walking him to the door. I strongly recommend that you use this services. Thank you JIM!

After several months, I have decided to submit this review.  I have a Maytag front load washing machine that would work intermittently.  I suspected it had something to do with door mechanism because once I did get it to start, it would complete the cycle...perfectly.  The "technician" who came out to service my machine was a complete joke.  Within five minutes of being in my home, he started to fill out the invoice he was going to give me.  I thought he was going to start the paperwork, then look at my machine.  No, he turned on my machine for literally less than a minute and said, he could tell by the sound, my machine needed to be replaced.  Then, he handed me a bill for $75.00.  To be honest, I had very bad vibes from him and I wanted him out of my house.  I am a senior and a woman, and I pay attention to my gut feelings.Shortly after this, I had a friend come over and look at my machine.  I told him to look at the door mechanism.  He did as I asked and my machine, which according to Jim Appliance I needed to REPLACE, now works as it should 100% of the time.  This technician was in my home for about ten minutes, and I paid him $75 for nothing.  I was anxious to get him out and for that I consider it money well-spent.  If you are looking for someone dishonest and lazy, call these people.  They will be happy to oblige.
