As a Temecula Valley Realtor, my clients ask me all the time for recommendations regarding anything and everything 'home related.' Years of experience has taught me to be wary of doing so because this is what usually happens: I only recommend a business I've previously had a direct/personal experience with and, of course, a good experience with. My client takes my advice and hires them, everyting goes well and they're happy. So I recommend them again and the same result ... happy client. But sooner or later it blows up in my face. I recommend the business and my client calls me and tells what a terrible company they are/terrible job they did, etc. And of course, that makes me look bad, feel bad and makes me hesitant to ever recommend anyone again. I'm happy to say there has been one exception: Total Care Heating and Cooling. They serviced my home AC/Heating system years ago and I was very happy with their pricing/service/follow-up, etc. I've been recommending Total Care Heating and Cooling for years now and I've never had any negative blowback from my real estate clients. I wholeheartedly recommend Total Care Heating and Cooling!

You would think such a big company might have caller ID. This is 2019. I cannot answer calls I do not recognize, since I am drowning in spam. But because I would not answer a call from an "Unknown Caller" I missed my only apparent chance to make an appointment!
I called back two hours later, and after 90 minutes on hold (no exaggeration) I spoke to a woman who took my address, then I was disconnected! She knew who I was with my address, but she still has not called me back. Should I wait another 90 minutes on hold? Like, should I do their effing job for them? These people are part of clown world!
