Ive always come here and really enjoy their food. However, the last few times weve come there has been a significant decrease in customer service. The last time was today. Although the sign on the outside of the restaurant states the opening time is 9:00 am. We arrived at 9:20 and walked into the staff having breakfast. Which is okay however the reason it became a problematic in my opinion is because they should have had other staff ready to serve customers and take orders. When I asked for an item on the menu I was told I couldnt have that because the staff was still eating and they had not finished yet. Thats when it became a problem for me because thats a lack of professionalism and organization on the restaurants management. We walked out and let the staff have their breakfast in peace during regular business hours.
