    I have no problems with with the people who work at Concord Nissan. What I can't understand is how Nissan can justify charging $1,584.48 to replace a front headlight. If an LED headlight is worth it's weight in gold than Nissan should stick to Halogen bulbs which can be replaced for $20 or less. I will think twice before purchasing a Nissan in the future. It's simply ridiculous that the headlamp doesn't have serviceable parts to avoid replacing the entire unit. Very angry customer!!!

    It took too long for a tire rotation and tire pressure light to be checked. Especially when I had an appointment at 8am. You guys need more Ariya trained mechanics. Other than that, the service is great.

Alfredo, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience with us and Nissan. I understand your frustration on not being able to just buy the faulty part instead to buy the whole unit. The headlamp on newer cars now come as a unit all sealed not like the older vehicles where you could replace parts instead of the whole unit. As you know we have no control over manufactures original parts pricing or how parts are assembled. We strive for 100% satisfaction, and we regret to find out that this was not the case.
