My nurse from John Muir is very unreliable she likes to change my doctors order for changing my catheter and my wound opened up she doesnt even care and just assigns another nurse to do her job. I need to know how to change the nurse that is assigned to me at John Muir?

Do not go here! They were unprofessional and illegally charge patients that are free under the healthcare law! Save yourself time, money, and frustration and go to Sutter in Moraga. I happily drive 40 minutes to Sutter and bypass the 20 minute trip here as I know I get quality service and I am not being cheated out of my money. Zero stars would be more appropriate.
