I found I had a large water leak and was able to narrow the source to landscape piping rather than house or main line. Geoff came out to check for leaks in the valves and risers and places where landscaping pipes most likely fail. Upon determination that I had a broken pipe at a valve box his team quickly replaced the pipe and manifold for an extremely fair and competitive price. Great communication. Fast responsive service, repair was done quickly and efficiently. I will use Swanson' for all my landscaping needs in the future. My only regret is that I didn't know about the company sooner. I highly recommend them.

Amazing! Geoff and team transformed my backyard. I appreciated Geoff's sound recommendations and patience while we worked together to figure out the vision. Everything from price, schedule, and quality exceeded my expectations. Special shout out to Jose and Israel for being conscientious, reliable, and paying attention to every detail. They treated my yard like it was their own, leaving it spotless each day before they left during the renovation.  They were especially responsible and kind to my animals, ensuring all gates were closed and treating my animals with respect.  I highly recommend Geoff and team - they are the best of the best!

Big trees in my yard finally ruined my sprinkler system and I decided to get an above ground irrigation system. I needed a primary pipe dug between my house and back fence. I got many estimates and chose the one from Geoff Swanson of Swanson Landscaping. It was a good price and just what I needed. Gilbert and Angel were the installers. They were very professional and efficient. They did nice work and explained everything about my new system. They left my yard in good condition. Geoff came out and attached my timer system and everything is working great! Im very pleased with their quality and service. I have other landscape projects for my yard and I will certainly be calling Swanson Landscaping again for help!

Geoff simply is the best!  He is very responsive, friendly and his estimate was extremely detailed and very fairly priced.  We had him landscape our backyard and it looks beautiful!  His crew were punctual and very hard workers!  I wish I could remember all the names but those that I do remember are Angel, Sergio, Steban and his supervisor Manuel.   Honestly, I could go on and on about Swanson Landscaping but as you can see from previous reviews he is a trustworthy man and I would not hesitate to recommend his company.Also a special shout out to Diana Kostic whom Geoff recommended for the design.

Update #2 (5 stars):Geoff who is the owner of the company came out to do the estimate. He is friendly and knowledgable and quoted us a reasonable amount. I will update my review if we decide to give our deck build to him.Update #1 (3 stars):Turns out the estimator took a much deserved break and a few things fell through. Got a thoughtful message on Yelp with an apology and explaining the situation. I will update my review and rating again once things are sorted out. Original Review (1 star):I found Swanson's Landscaping through their many 5 star reviews on Yelp. Made an appointment during my work day, cancelled meetings to meet with the estimator. When nobody showed up or contacted me 10 minutes after the appointment time, I called them. Turns out he was still in Livermore at a previous job and would need another hour to get to me. I told them that I only had time during the time slot we agreed to and that we would have to reschedule. The estimator said sure, they would be in touch via text. Never happened.When I tried to call them back, I got a voicemail saying they are fully booked with existing projects for the next 3 months.It sure looks like my project (not small, $20-30k) was de-prioritized due to other work. I really don't mind but please be honest and pro-active about it.
