        Horrible service , haven't been at this place in years because of exactly what I experienced last night. Even if you have a reservation had to wait for over and hour once you get seated taken about 45 50 mins to even get the cook to your table. Host came once every 20 minutes. Didn't even get our bill correct. Never going to this place again. Only reason why we went was because it was my mom's birthday and she was upset with how ridiculous the service was.

        Attention attention never let Gustavo Cook your food the rice was horrible, stale dry he was very stingy with the garlic butter. My party walked off and left while he was still cooking. Ive been coming to this Benihanas well over 15 years.

        The place feels like a shell of what it used to be. Never had a bad experience until tonight. Started out great being seated quick in the lounge area. Order was taken in good time, but what was served was a real disappointment. Minimal portions of meats and over compensating with vegetables. Real lackluster feel overall. There also appeared to be issues with other tables with the manger not making amends with the diners.
