Nice little place with a good selection of tile. Customer service was good and I found the employees to be friendly and helpful with choosing what I needed. Hoping it'll go smoothly when I place my order. Found the location to be a bit odd but still easy to find with a good amount of parking

Buyer be ware. Worst experience bar none.
Second bad review I've ever written.
Can you imagine going 2 Months without a Bathroom?!
Made my order 2 months ago with 3 week delivery time.
I had to make each weekly call to even find out what was going on.
Same message each week...
...It should be in next week. We'll call you...
Not once did I get a call in all that time for an update.
I finally canceled the order last week and requested a refund.
Still no refund.
Just saying...you might want to consider your sanity.

We were referred there. We were so Please to say the least. The young man helping us was so informative. He helped us grow much & gave us great ideas. We told him what we were looking for & right away brought many samples. I give Western Tile Designs s 10 +++++.
