        Every Saturday during covid you have a line. Why is It so hard to schedule more clerks at the front counter knowing every week it’s busy? This shows lack of management being proactive

        Hour wait and then I thought I had horrible customer service with the teller until the manager came soooo frustrated with the lack of professionalism this manager has Went to the one in pleasant hill and was in n out no issues Please do something about this B of A you are losing customers smh
