Ive been coming here ever since I was a child, but as an adult, the service has become awful. Parking is limited, no one ever answers the phone, every visit I see a different doctor so theres no patient-doctor relationship, and staff is not polite. No one answers the phone -period! Only way to make an appointment is to go in person. Appointments are incredibly limited, staff doesnt greet you they simply stare at you until you tell them what you want, and youll never get a call back for test results or follow up appointments-even though they say that they will call you back. Its a shame because this used to be a good clinic with an excellent doctor, but now I cannot recommend it.

Much negligence. Had a personal experience have to be escalated to a hospitalization level due to their lack of care towards actually seeing the patient rather than blindly prescribing medication.

If I could give NO STARS, I would. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place. Terrible terrible customer service. Good luck getting through to someone at the front desk. They never do any follow ups about appointments and when I needed to get medication before a trip, they told me the doctor wouldnt give it to me unless I made an appt. Conveniently they had one the next morning but I obviously couldnt go because I had my trip. I asked for a months worth and we can schedule an appointment and they still said no. This was for my birth control!!!!! My hormones were getting screwed by another woman. So unprofessional, so unnecessary. 10/10 would NEVER EVER EVER recommend. I never ever write reviews but for this place and this doctor, I just had to.

Haven't been to the doctor in years so I decide to make a appointment. Took 30-40 min just so I can talk to someone and be put  on hold again. Worst experience ever.

Terrible service at the reception, they tell you to be there at 7:00 so they can attend to you without an appointment, they open at 8:30 and they tell you that they will not attend without an appointment and if you return tomorrow they do not guarantee anything, you ask for one appointment and the closest one is in 3 months, they also give you very rude treatment
