Mr. Marco Olivares,
I was a frequent deli customer at the Canyon Crest store in Riverside CA. Now, I look for a certain individual not to be present when I make purchases. The name on his identification badge is George. I do not know his last name. This individual, handles meat without gloves. In other words with his bare hands. I've had Covid and do not wish to repeat that ordeal due to carelessness. As you know, there are plenty of other issues such as bacteria that could be transferred onto the products that he chooses to handle in such an irresponsible manner. This is not the type of Ralphs employee that I'm used to. He's an older gentleman so he probably has many years with the company. Please address this as soon as possible.

ralph in Chatsworth, CA is the worst in customer service, called the manager Robert Scott and he was worse than the people at cash register.

Im truck driver came here to deliver one hour early checked in got the door sitting at the door for three hours before they start unloading three hours took them to unload then sitting here, waiting for the paperwork went inside to get the paperwork. They said your paperwork is not ready, still sitting here waiting for the paperwork. I will not come back on this place to make a delivery or pick up worst place to be in.
