This is my first time I go to this place and let me tell u its clean spotless and so organized soooo pretty love ittt I dont do reviews but this place needed it she was so nice and she explained everything and answered all my questions I had great customer service the girls there were so nice and greeted me right when I walked in she took her time making sure I understood everything Im definitely going back there !

I have been going to Leilas for several years now. They have always had a scheduling issue however this time around Yesenia reached out to go in sooner. When I got there I waited an hour and then a couple walked in. They informed me they were late and they had to be seen first . I waited in the lobby for the assistant to help but they were taking too long just sitting around . I tried to reach out and they continue to not help. I also referred 3 other ppl to them and they were all charged different even if it was the same forms. they could not provide me with the cost so I can bring cash. I recommend to do them yourself on turbo tax. The return is the same and its free. Horrible customer service. I dont recommend them anymore. Thats all.

Im happy to make my taxes with her shes nice and very professional and she explains everything before hand she shows she loves her work and has a good personality 10/10 I will be going there next year
