D&B Smog And Auto Repair

I must say that my contacts with the folks that run D&B SMOG has been great and must more cordial and professional than any other smog /automotive agencies. We usually drive our vehicles all the way up to the work area(s) and it "really isn't a problem.If D&B SMOG is packed with cars, we leave the keys (in total trust) with the D&B folks and then we leave until the vehicle is ready!Hope D&B STAYS IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME.

I got the biennial smog check done by Jorge Diosdado. First, I pull up and he asks me to drive the car practically into the bay for him which was odd. I was not offered to go to the office and wait. Instead, I was forced to stand there in the heat. Along with all of this, he failed my vehicle for a missing catalytic converter without even looking. The car had no check engine lights and was not overly loud so I knew this was not true. After reviewing my failing certificate, he wrote the wrong mileage(off by 1000 miles. I took it to another shop who confirmed the catalytic converter was in fact present and gave me a passing certificate. Avoid this place. Service: Smog certification
